I called CONWAY at 10am to schedule a pick up which they say around noon.I waited until 3:50pm since I am closing at 4.

I called them and they said that the driver cannot find the suite number of my office and the driver left.. I called to follow up and that how I learned.. now they made me wait again for the driver to come back and its already 5 pm.. They have my number, they could have at least call me.

and today was Dec 23 and there will be no pick up till next year.Another driver came to pick up and he was very apologetic...

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: get a better and smarter driver, and not a lazy one.. .

I didn't like: Way they handle the pick up.

Dispatch will often lie to customer saying driver couldn't locate you and left when what really happened is *** Way is too busy with other high paying customers to waste time with cheap freight. Happens all the time. Dispatch lie
